Weekend pictures
Here are few pictures of the girls that I like. The picture were taken at a birthday party we were invited to and the girls had a great time.
Shiri
Tseela had a lot of fun last night - her friend Shiri from Israel came for a visit and they had a sleep over party. Shiri and Tseela were born around the same time, the birth due date was actually the same but Tseela came a little bit earlier while Shiri took her time, and grew up together while her parents lived in NYC. It is very nice to see how the girls maintain their friendship despite the big geographical distance.
For those interested, more pictures are available here.
Tseela’s photography
My wife bought me a new camera as a birthday present so I gave my old one to Tseela. Tseela start showing interest in taking pictures by herself for a while now and she was very happy to get my old camera. I created a new set in Flickr for her photos, so if you are interested in see the development of her skills you are welcome to follow. Here is her first attempt, it isn’t bad at all:
We are back
We are back from our weekend vacation at the Poconos. The fresh air, the great weather and the nice scenery were key factors for very nice weekend
Even Ronie got to have a short horse back riding:
And if you have doubt that the girls had fun, take a look here:
Day trip
The wonderful weather encouraged us to take a short day trip near by and to hike a little bit. The girls had a lot of fun, and we enjoyed the girls.
The girls were very tired on the way back home, as you can clearly see here:
Meditation
Coming back from work today I was to tired to concentrate in the book I took with me, and I didn’t really wanted to start reading blogs. I wanted to just relax, so I started to browse through the pictures of the girls. I was watching and listing to music, and I decided to make a short slide show of some old pictures without any theme or even chronological order. The results are in front of you
Brown Belt
We are very proud at Tseela which received today her brown belt.
We, Tseela and I, also watched the theater show “One of a kind”. It was good opportunity to tell Tseela about the story of the escape of the Jews from Ethiopia and their dangerous journey to Israel. The show was very nice and we both enjoyed it.
Sisters and Friends
Passover at Tseela’s kindergarten
Tseela’s Kindergarten had the children perform a passover ceremony. We,the proud parents, arrived armed with cameras to mark the event:
I also made a relatively short clip of the event.

Dancing
Flickr, my favorite online picture service, added the ability to upload short video clips. From what I understand the clips will be limited to 90 seconds but the file quality will be higher than similar services. I decided to “test” the new service with a short clip of the girls, here are the results:
