Weekend on the beach
While many people got ready for the DNC convention in Denver and had a lot to say about the nomination of Senator Biden as Obama’s running mate, we were on the beach in Brigantine. The weather was excellent, I woke up early enough to make some fair attempts capturing the sunrise:
Tseela was making her first steps in surfing:
And Ronie was cute, as usual:

Little bits of creativity
I wasn’t in the mood today to write about anything of substance nor to do any thing really productive. The only thing that got from me some creativity was photographing Ronie. I started to play a little bit more with color pictures in addition to the lately usual B&W:

And here is a little editing I made to a picture of Tseela at sunset in Nintcoke:
Weekend in Nanticoke
We are in Nanticoke, MD for the weekend and it is a great place to be. Located on the eastern shore of the Chesapeake bay and the Nanticoke River the place is a great place to relax and enjoying with family and friends. The only disadvantage is the more than six hours drive back home tomorrow.

Playground
I apologize for another pictures post, I will resume the regular ranting shortly. This pictures were taken at the playground in a pretty grey day - the sky were clouded and I had to make some adjustments for the lighting, I hope that you’ll like the results as much as I do
As usual, more pictures can be found here.
At grandma
Pictures posts, like troubles, coming in bundles. Here are few pictures of the girls, that I took today in Baltimore.

The ladies of the lake
Even the stupidity of state bureaucracy didn’t ruin our wonderful day in the lake. Apparently the girls could not have used their floating devices because they were not approve by the cost gourd! The fact that the allowed swimming area is completely shallow, and that the use of these cheap toys will not make their situation worse than not using them, were not good enough reason to not bother us. But the day was worm, the girls were wonderful and we had great company, so we still had great day.
We, at least some of us, also to the near by shooting range to kill some innocent clay plates (they are actually not from clay anymore - they are from some biodegradable material). It was very appropriate way to celebrate the supreme court decision from earlier this week…:)
Quiet weekend
The weather outside today is quit bad - the heavy rain prevents us from going to the swimming pool or, although I foolishly promised, for horseback riding. So the girls are at home. Here is Ronie making her first attempts with the piano:
And here Tseela telling us some of her anticipations from the summer vacation:

End of the year show
We went today to Tseela’s class end of the year show. The class production was an adaption of the famous: “Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory“. The children were wonderful and we fulfilled our part as well by being very proud and excited.
I took some pictures, which can be found here, and made a short clip of parts of the show:
On the way to school
I took today off so I can come see Tseel’a kindergarten end of the year show. One of the privileges of a day off is that I can enjoy some morning time with the girls, and take tseela to the school bus:
