An organization worth supporting
I’m getting a lot of requests for donation in my mail. Lately they are more focused on political causes, which make me lough. I have a several organizations that I donate regularly, like the Cato institute and the JNF and I tend to be suspicious before adding new organization to my ,very limited, donation budget. But a new mail today expose my to an organization that I added gladly to my list - The Institute for Justice
The institute for Justice is, apparently, a Libertarian law firm and as such it is litigating cases to protect human rights and the constitutional limits on the power of government. The name of this organization sound familiar, mainly because I heard it when watching the story of a restaurant in Arizona that had to fight an abusive local government. The restaurant’s owners, a father and sun, were represented by the Institute for Justice, which recently won the case. Additional search about the institute reviles cases of property rights, freedom of speech and many other similar issues. This is definitely and organization that I consider important and that deserve my, modest, support.
So if there is some room in your donation budget I would recommend to add the Institute for Justice.
