    LOL!  This reminds me of the studies conducted a few decades ago that came to the surprising conclusion that inhaling smoke was bad for you.The scientific community amazes me sometimes.

Yesterday on the way back from weekend vacation on the beach we listened, as always, to NPR. We stumble on a program that discussed homelessness and in one of the segments they presented, at length, a research about children in a homeless families. The conclusion was that homelessness is not a good environment to raise children.  Shocking isn’t it? :)

I can add some more subjects for research that will state the obvious: The effect of war on children (let me guess -  it is probably not so good…), the effect of malnutrition on children development ( I can think on better ways to fight obesity) …
