It looks obvious

Ron Paul missed a great opportunity today. When presented with questions about what the Republicans did wrong and what should they do different, and what is the most important moral issue that he will face as a President He choose to focus, again, on America’s foreign policy. Instead of advocating the ideas of individual liberty, small government that has smaller role in the society Dr. Paul positioned himself as a one issue candidate.

Yes, America foreign policy is important and it influence many of our domestic policies. However the answer for the global warming , in a televised debate, should not be limited to non-intervention foreign policy. It is even OK not to include the war in Iraq when talking about the Medicare programs and other social issues. Because the war in Iraq isn’t the core of the problem with Social Security and the policy toward Iran isn’t the core of our budget deficit.

I know that Dr. Paul is can talk inelegantly about this issues; He did not do it tonight and I’m starting to wonder if he is campaign actually damaging, instead of promoting, the Libertarian ideas.
