Update: Sometime we, or to be more accurate - me, forget the dynamic nature of the web. When I posted this post the link was pointed to a report about the Lebanese PM correcting previous report about 40 civilian casualties to the correct number - 1. Since then the link change to point to a different report, not related to the original one, and I failed to locate the original report. I hope that clarifies the intention of  this post…
