It looks obvious

I completly agree with this hotelier:

The Sexual Orientation Regulations (SORs), which are due to come into effect in April, outlaw discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.

Mark Hurst, 47, said the proposed legislation would force him to open his doors to heterosexual guests.

He said that may put off many of his gay guests and put him out of business.

The problem is, obviously, that his arguments are exactly as valid if you replace the guy’s group with Men, Wasp, White, Jews etc. and the point is that a private business has the right to discriminate base on what ever factor they choose too. I probably would be upset if someone didn’t hire me because I’m Jewish or didn’t accept me to a country cloub because I’m Israeli - but it is their right.  With the exception of the government, private organization has the right to choose who they want to work with, socialized with, or give service too.

Do I like the people that would not want to serve a person in a restuarant based on his skin color? No I don’t. Do I have the right to force them? No I don’t! And when you try to regulate peoples behaviour, with the best intentions in mind, you get into situation were someone can’t have a guys only hotel, or people can’t donate food for homeless people
