Mr. Martin, not what you were thinking

Comments

The FCC chairman , again, forgets that that America was once proud at its freedom. Mr. Martin, Speaking to reporters at cable’s industry’s annual trade show killed two birds in one stone

Mr. Martin put the cable industry on notice last fall about indecency issues and also told them that offering cable channels on a pick-and-choose, or a la carte basis, could be good for consumers. That was a reversal of the FCC’s previous position.

Not only Mr. Martin believe his job is to act against the intent of the first amendment he is also believe that the rule of the FCC is to enforce business models on companies in non-monopoly market.

And all of this mess from someone that belongs to party that advocate to free market. scary!
