Another advantage of the French education system
Another, somewhat funny I guess, result of the French centralized economy:
French schools should teach young people how to appreciate wine, a group of parliamentarians said in a report Thursday, calling for an education campaign to help the ailing sector.
French winemakers have suffered from a decline in exports and a fall in consumption at home, where 92 percent of under-25s say they prefer other drinks, the report said.
“To hold a forceful position in the world, French wine must first assume a strong position at home,” the report said, calling for education programs to inform young people about the origins, history and characteristics of French wines.
Thank god the french don’t have tobacco industry…

Oprah's physician, Mehmet Oz mentioned it in his new best seller, "You on a Diet.' Gave it a pretty good plug on page 90. Supposedly can't be detected. Priced about the same, so its a wash. Thinking I might as well give it a try. Anyone heard of it?
