Case to follow
I have very little sympathy to groups like Wisconsin Right to Life - I do not agree with them, I dislike their tactics and I strongly suspect that they are more interesting in abusing women than protecting life.
That being said, I really hope that they will win in the case of Federal Election Commission v. Wisconsin Right to Life before of the supreme court. The Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 is a dangerous and nonessential obstacle on the freedom of speech, mainly design to protect incumbent elected representatives. Furthermore, in this specific case it was applied without direct connection to election but by implication - a far more dangerous interpretation of the law.
Hopefully this case will be a start in repealing this shameful law.
