What a surprising results
What can be more than a government program that intended to educate base on religious agenda, and to offer no other options? a failed one, obviously.
I read, with great delight, the report today about the results of the Abstinence-Only sex education program:
A long-awaited national study has concluded that abstinence-only sex education, a cornerstone of the Bush administration’s social agenda, does not keep teenagers from having sex. Neither does it increase or decrease the likelihood that if they do have sex, they will use a condom.
The results probably will not be to close the program and stop forcing the public to pay for the President religious believes, rather than pouring more money into a failed concept.

Some can't even wait until they get to sex-education class.
But joking aside, the idea that the government should enforce values is bound to lead to stupid program like this.
