Ahmadinejad, no more?

The blog’s dear, the Iranian president - Ahmadinejad, seems to be in troubles. News reports insist that he fell from grace and Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei would like to limit Ahmadinejad involvement with :
appears to be under pressure from the highest authorities in Iran to end his involvement in its nuclear program, a sign that his political capital is declining as his country comes under increasing international pressure.
Just one month after the United Nations Security Council imposed sanctions on Iran to curb its nuclear program, two hard-line newspapers, including one owned by the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, called on the president to stay out of all matters nuclear.
It is interesting to see how the Iranian leadership can change its confrontational approach to one that make more sense, while not changing its core strategy. And behind the screen of noise and attention we discover that after all, Ahmadinejad was no more than a pawn.
