End of the year show
We went today to Tseela’s class end of the year show. The class production was an adaption of the famous: “Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory“. The children were wonderful and we fulfilled our part as well by being very proud and excited.
I took some pictures, which can be found here, and made a short clip of parts of the show:
On the way to school
I took today off so I can come see Tseel’a kindergarten end of the year show. One of the privileges of a day off is that I can enjoy some morning time with the girls, and take tseela to the school bus:
Few more pictures can be found here.
Shiri
Tseela had a lot of fun last night - her friend Shiri from Israel came for a visit and they had a sleep over party. Shiri and Tseela were born around the same time, the birth due date was actually the same but Tseela came a little bit earlier while Shiri took her time, and grew up together while her parents lived in NYC. It is very nice to see how the girls maintain their friendship despite the big geographical distance.
For those interested, more pictures are available here.
Brown Belt
We are very proud at Tseela which received today her brown belt.
We, Tseela and I, also watched the theater show “One of a kind”. It was good opportunity to tell Tseela about the story of the escape of the Jews from Ethiopia and their dangerous journey to Israel. The show was very nice and we both enjoyed it.
Passover at Tseela’s kindergarten
Tseela’s Kindergarten had the children perform a passover ceremony. We,the proud parents, arrived armed with cameras to mark the event:
I also made a relatively short clip of the event.
More pictures can be found here.
The birthday girl, Part II
Tseela really loved her birthday party today. She was looking forward for the party and I’m glad she wasn’t disappointed.
As usual you can find more pictures here.
In Tseela’s Kindergarten
Tseela turning 6 this weekend and the first event marking her birthday was in her Kindergarten. I spent an hour with her yesterday morning, enjoying the children morning activities:
I had so much fun that I needed to be reminded that I actually need to go to work…
Tseela at school’s ceremony
Last night we attended Tseela’s class Havdala ceremony. It was a lot of fun and many proud parents.
The best moments
If you ever wondered what are the best moments in life I can tell you that I already know the answer:
Tooth story
Tseela is very excited after she lost her first tooth. She is walking around wondering what the tooth fairy will bring her tonight.
Growing up is fun.
