Ultimate Tag Warrior
I got this link in mailing list of Wordpress in Hebrew. This plug-in make tagging easier than ever. Once you activate the 3 plug-in added to your Wordpress it add the following field into the post writing editor section: Tags - which are comma separated, Add existing tags and the cool little feature of tag suggestions (Courtesy of tagyu.com)
This is post is a test for the effectiveness of this plug-in.

As for tables - it is built in in the insert html functions.
